Adult Level 1

  • Introduction of basic tennis fundamentals
  • Includes serving, forehand, backhand, volleys and overhead
  • Emphasis on building basic technique that leads to rallying and point play
  • Mon, 10:00–11:00 a.m. | Wed, 12:00–1:00 p.m. | Sat, 9:30–10:30 a.m.

Adult Level 2

  • Develop additional technique and variety to the game
  • Introduction of movement, point construction and various spins
  • Improve singles and doubles games
  • Mon, 10:00–11:00 a.m. | Wed, 12:00–1:00 p.m. | Sat, 9:30–10:30 a.m.

Adult Level 3

  • Condition and fine-tune technique
  • Focus on point construction, positional play and tactics
  • Singles and doubles

Cardio Tennis (Special Rate: $18/clinic)

  • Continuously elevated heart rate provides aerobic training while playing tennis
  • Interval training with short cycles of high intensity workouts and periods of rest
  • Improve game by hitting hundreds of balls each session
